Membership Signup Form

New memberships are $75. Renewals are $65. You must renew your membership for 2010 by February 28, 2010 to receive the $65 renewal rate.
All renewals after 2/28/10 will be charged the new member price of $75.

TO BECOME A MEMBER, DO THE FOLLOWING:

1) Complete the online form, below and press the "Submit Listing" button.

2) After your registration has been submitted, you can make your membership payment in one of three ways:

Pay by credit card by visiting the SVBWN Store. (It's easy! Simply follow the directions upon completion of the form below.)	Mail a check to SVBWN P.O. Box 6731 Salinas, CA 93912	Bring a check to our next meeting! Make it payable to "SVBWN".

If you choose payment options 2 or 3, you do not need to do anything further after you click the "Submit Listing" button at the bottom of the application.
For online credit card payment, follow the instructions given after you click "Submit Listing."

3) Once we receive payment confirmation, your listing will be approved and will become visible in our online directory.
